REALLY LOCAL GROUP EALING
Our THIRD completed project for The Really Local Group, The Ealing Project is a £2.1M repurposing of 1400 sqm of space previously occupied by two notorious clubs, transforming it into a vibrant cultural hub serving the community of Ealing. The venue occupies a large 1400 sqm basement in Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre on the High Street with a coffee shop, ticket office and entrances at ground floor : the main one being at the end corner of the shopping parade and a separate one in the middle of the parade, for a step free access to the basement.
Construction work started in November 2021 and was completed in June 2022. The venue features three cinemas - the first in the area for 14 years. The main generous foyer has a bar, stage for live performance and exhibition area whilst an adjacent separate room offers various functions from work spaces, meeting rooms to off-piste gaming for the benefit of the local community.
As with our previous two projects for Really Local Group, The Ealing Project has transformed redundant spaces to provide a creative resource for the local community to use and enjoy.
