Cables Shopping Car Park, Prescot

We are working with our clients Brookfield to put forward a pop up retail scheme within the Cable Retail Park in Prescot. It is placed at the edge of the existing car park and will act as a stepping stone along the Shakespeare Trail, the route being developed by Knowsley Council connecting the train station to the Shakespeare of the North Playhouse which is due to open in 2021. In this way the proposals will help mediate between the car parking facilty of the retail park and the town centre which is being regenerated with a combination of public and private sector funding.

A Planning application is anticipated in the early Spring of 2019
