Exciting future for Really Local Group
An exciting year lies ahead for our clients, Really Local Group. Their first project at Catford will open in summer 2019 with three cinema screens, a food hall serving local delicacies and flexible workspace for musicians and artists in the area.
Also in the pipeline is their Reading venue, which will play host to a creative programme for the local community. Construction work is likely to commence towards the end of 2019.
In December 2018 RLG receieved confirmation of funding from the Mayor of London's Good Growth Fund for a three screen cinema and recording studios at The Old Vinyl Factory development. It will also include a live music venue and exhibition spaces, which are supported by the EMI Archive Trust.
