East Shopping Centre

We are very proud to have been involved in this community shopping centre in east London. Green Street is a renowned destination for Asian retail, whether it be specialist foods or fashion. The site was a derelict bus depot - our client wanted to create a shopping centre that would extend and reinforce the existing retail of Green Street but provide bespoke modern units in a boutique mall. 36 two storey shop units line a glazed gallery leading to a specialist souk and food court comprising 45000 sq ft of retail space. The centre opened in Spring 2015 and is fully let with footfall of 35,000 per week
