Wren at MIPIM UK - Designing for Regeneration

We are very happy to report what we believe has been a successful debut at Mipim UK. We had a great pitch facing on to the main space and the team put together a great stand showcasing our work in the regeneration of town centres and town centre shopping centres. We were joined by our clients, Preston Benson of Art House Cinemas and Nick Gregory of Pop City. Over the two days we attracted much interest from both the public and private sector so thanks all of you who took the time and trouble  and we hope to be working with some of you over the next 12 months.

Success stories such as Community Shopping Centres at East in Newham and Bolton Market Place demonstrate our abilties to design and deliver complex and innovative architectural projects and has led us to rethink how failing shopping centre stock can be repurposed to become genuine mixed use urban assets consolidating remaining retail with residential, leisure, workplace and cultural uses

Other current innovative projects include PopCity, a pop-up/meantime street food and leisure concept that can quickly transform vacant sites, vacant buildings and vacant floorspace into leisure destinations.

We are also working with ArtHouse cinemas on a number of locations to create a variety of destinations anchored by a community cinema with other cultural and/or creative uses alongside as well as streetfood and bars.
